I bought this bra recently and was very disappointed because I had anticipated extreme comfort. I have fibromyalgia and find the band of most bras to create a burning painful sensation after a couple hours of wear. I've had numerous professional bra fittings, including this spanx. My complaints are specific to my physiology but I observed: 1) the wonderfully soft tricot knit did not hold the cups firmly against my chest, causing "ride up" 2) the wonderfully soft tricot-lycra knit tended to stretch out increasing the "ride up" problem. :( Not worth the $$ if you have doubts about the fit.
