Once you've attached the device, it does its job, and it's quite comfortable. However, getting it positioned correctly and free of creases is extremely difficult. The cups are very thin stickers, basically, and I wish that they were made of something thicker, like they appear in the photo. They don't do a very good job of covering the nipple, which is a prime reason to wear this in the first place.
