I am overweight and need extra support, but this is way smaller than specified. I bought a 40G, which is my normal bra size. I could not come close to fastening this without turning it all the way around, and then couldn't turn it back. I measured the bottom width, and it was approximately 33 inches, not even close to 40. Granted, my waist-to-hip ratio is high... Anyway, I do have to say this is the first such garment I've found in my cup size, so I'm going to try it in 46G. If it fits, I'll be very happy.
