You have to open the plastic wrapping to try the cups on. They don't work or they don't fit. Not sure which one, but I wanted to return this item and I can't because I opened the plastic. So, I spent 30 dollars on something that doesn't work and I can't return. Lets just say I'm not pleased. The "customers" who wrote the other two reviews must work for the company. Maybe your have luck with it, but not me. Now, I have to go spend another thirty dollars finding something that will work. Get more detail about BustFree Strapless Backless Bra.
