It ties in the back with a ribbon, which made it a little difficult to put on because you have to loosen it almost all the way, but it is easy to tie and tighten (well you will need someone to do it for you, but it will be easy for them). It is so cute and has a nice antique look/color to it. The matching underwear is cute too but I think I will be looking for an alternate pair because the straps are that weird clear stuff...but overall very cute and worth the price.
