I normally wear a 38 DDD and some of the reviewers said to go up a cup size, which I did. It was unnecessary. There was too much room but it still worked fabulously. I needed this bra for a wedding in which I ended up running for most of the reception and my heavy chest was supported better than in my bras with straps. I never once had to pull the band up. I highly recommend this bra to big busted girls out there! A++Buy Fantasie Smoothing strapless bra!
